Questions employers ask

When does the listing go live?
Usually the same day. We review every paid listing by hand before publishing it — checking the apply link works and the role is genuinely remote — and the clock on your 30 or 60 days starts when it publishes, not when you submit.
What does “verified employer” mean?
That we confirmed the person posting controls the company’s domain, and that we checked where the apply link goes. It is not something payment buys. If you submit from a personal mailbox rather than a company address, the listing still runs, just without the badge.
Is featured placement disclosed to candidates?
Yes, on every card and on the job page. Ranking treatment that is not visible would undermine the whole board, so featured listings are pinned and labelled.
Can I edit or take the listing down?
Yes. Reply to your receipt and we will amend or withdraw it. Withdrawn listings return a proper gone status so they drop out of search results quickly rather than lingering.
Do you take a cut of anything?
No. Candidates apply on your own site and we never see the application. The listing fee is the only charge.
